Cllr Jil Hall

Jil Hall has lived in Wimbledon for nearly 30 years and is well known in her community. She helped to get a Heritage Lottery Fund grant to refurbish South Park Gardens. She is a regular volunteer with the Friends group and continues to help fundraise as well as managing a community space within the Gardens.

Her career was in marketing/PR before being a community engagement officer with Merton Council. She is now a director of a local community enterprise which helps train young people with barriers to employment (including physical/mental disabilities).

Jil wants to help Merton achieve the highest standards in services to its council tax-payers as well as being efficient and providing good value for money.

Cllr Samantha MacArthur

Samantha has lived in Wimbledon for over 30 years where she and her husband raised their 4 daughters. She is a law graduate and a current small business owner. She has previously volunteered coaching children's netball and swimming and is particularly interested in improving Merton's sports  provision.

Cllr Tony Reiss

Tony has lived in Wimbledon for 35 years and has worked as a strategy consultant for many leading firms. He sings with The Bach Choir, plays tennis in Wimbledon Park and golf on Wimbledon Common, when he has time. Tony is passionate about helping to create a fair, inclusive and supportive community.
