The second ward action day of 2022 in Merton is to be held in Raynes Park ward on Saturday 29th January 2022!

Raynes Park is being contested for the Lib Dems by 3 wonderful candidates - Chessie Flack (of Lib Dem HQ, training and by-election fame!), Matthew Willis and Victoria Wilson. Due to boundary changes the ward is now very winnable for us as 1/3 of the new ward is currently represented by our local councillors Anthony Fairclough and Simon McGrath (Dundonald ward).

Raynes Park ward forms part of the Wimbledon constituency - England's no. 1 Lib Dem target seat. We are only 628 votes behind the Tories here!

All are welcome to arrive at anytime from 10am to 5pm. On the day there will be an opportunity to:

• Meet the newly re-selected PPC for Wimbledon - Paul Kohler ! 
• Meet the Raynes Park Focus team
• Buddy up with experienced canvassers and campaigners
• Deliver the latest Focus leaflet and direct mail letters

A light lunch and refreshments will be available.

To reach the action day location,  travel by train to Raynes Park station, then a 5 minute walk.

To ensure we remain Covid secure, everyone is asked to perform a lateral flow test on the day before arriving at the action day.
