Residents living on the west side of the railway should have received a consultation form. These must be returned to the Council by 9 November. Last year, the Council had to abandon a badly organised CPZ consultation in the area. West Barnes Liberal Democrats carried out a survey of views on the matter, which showed that many local people were concerned about the parking situation.
