Lib Dem Parliamentary Campaigner for Wimbledon

The Liberal Democrats exist to build and safeguard a fair, free and open society, in which we seek to balance the fundamental values of liberty, equality and community, and in which no-one shall be enslaved by poverty, ignorance or conformity.

Following her selection as candidate for Wimbledon at the next General Election, Shas said:

"I am delighted to have been selected as the Parliamentary Candidate for Wimbledon.

"On the issues that really matter: civil liberties, crime, climate change, the economy, education and the NHS, there is only one Party consistently coming up with the right policies; so let's work together to give Wimbledon a Liberal Democrat voice on Merton Council and in Westminster".
